RATES
Our prices include VAT and exclude accommodation tax of € 2.50 per person per night. Children are exempt from the overnight tax until their 15th birthday.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in on the day of arrival is from 15.00 hrs, check-out on the day of departure until 12.00 hrs. Earlier arrival or later departure is only possible subject to availability, on request and for a fee. After your check-out, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception until your departure. Please ask our front office team.

CHILD DISCOUNT
Children up to 6 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. For children between 7 and 14 years of age, we charge a surcharge of € 23 per night for bed and breakfast in the parents' room, and € 37 per night for children over 15 years of age. We ask for your understanding that cribs, children's beds and extra beds are only available upon reservation and not in all rooms due to space limitations.

BREAKFAST
If not included in the room rate, we charge € 21,- per person for our exquisite breakfast buffet. MO - SAT from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., on Sundays & public holidays from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

GIFT VOUCHERS
If you wish to redeem a voucher, please provide the code when booking and show the voucher upon arrival. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the redemption of the voucher if this is not communicated beforehand.

PARKING PLACE
The parking garage at the Kastner & Öhler department store (Kaiser-Franz-Josef Kai 8, 8010 Graz) offers a special rate of € 19.50 for 24 hours for our guests. Please report to our reception before leaving the garage to receive the guest advantage card. Directly in front of our hotel, a few parking spaces are available for the same price against pre-reservation. You can also stop here to unload your luggage if necessary.

DOGS
Feel free to bring along your dog. We charge a fee of € 10 per night, dog food excluded. We gladly provide a blanket and feeding bowls upon prior request.

ROOM SERVICE
At the Erzherzog Johann we provide room service for breakfast for a € 5 charge. Simply put your order on the outside of the door.

SMOKING
We are a non-smoking hotel.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of your definite booking is possible free of charge in writing until 6 pm on the day of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the price for the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee. When booking a non-refundable rate, a 100% deposit is required, which is non-refundable.
