The Ernst Fuchs Bar, with its rich tradition, is the perfect place for enjoying a tasty aperitif or digestif in a pleasant atmosphere. Our menu ranges from classical drinks to elegant cocktails and non-alcoholic creations - in short, anything a gourmet could dream of - and convinces night owls, bon vivants and our guests alike.

Our hotel bar is dedicated to the Austrian painter, architect and visionary Prof. Ernst Fuchs. With its furnishings and the unique atmosphere the bar has been a popular meeting point in Graz for the last 30 years.
