Business centre
A PC with Wi-Fi, printer and scanner is available free of charge. Please contact our reception for access data. If you need to copy or fax something please get in touch with our front office.

Enjoy breakfast from our buffet with fresh and regional specialities on weekdays from 6.30 am to 10.00 am and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7:00 am to 11.00 am.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the arrival are free of charge depending on the rate booked. A cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival or a no show will incur an 80% charge. This also applies to an early check in or a late check out. Our non-refundable rates and prepaid rates cannot be cancelled.

Check in and check out
The rooms and suites are assigned based on the category and availability. You can check in from 3 pm on the day of arrival and check out until 12 pm on the day of departure. If you wish to check in early, we recommend booking an additional night. In case you would like to stay longer on the day of departure we grant a late check out for a fee.

Late check out
Enjoy your room a little longer on the day of departure with a late check out. We grant a late check out for a fee depending on the availability.

Children and families
Our hotel offers several accommodation options adapted to the needs and wishes of families. The ‘Kaiser Rooms’ and suites are equipped with an additional sofa or bed and provide enough space for families. Cots and beds for children are available upon request. The rates stated above are per night, including taxes and breakfast at the parents’ room. Please understand that cots, children’s and extra beds can only be provided upon prior request and for certain room categories.

Feel free to bring along your dog. We charge a fee of € 10,00 per night, dog food excluded. We gladly provide a blanket and feeding bowls upon prior request.

Dry cleaning
We offer an external laundry and sewing service. Please find the bags (and the according rates) in your wardrobe and turn them in at the reception. Should you be needing an iron and an ironing board, please let us know.

Fitness / Gym
Sports enthusiasts will be glad to hear that we offer a gym with modern amenities located on the 4th floor. Please contact us for further information about the most scenic running and walking routes.

Internet / WIFI
Our hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Please refer to the reception for the access data or check the folder in your room.

Leisure activities
We will gladly assist you with planning your leisure time in Graz. For further information on destinations and current events please check our homepage.

Parking spaces are available in front of our hotel for € 19,50 per night, (check-in from 3 pm until 12 noon on the day of departure) upon prior reservation. The parking garage at the Kastner & Öhler department store offers a special rate of € 19,50 for 24 hours for our guests. Tickets are available at the reception. No prior reservation necessary.

Rental bikes and cars
We gladly assist you in organising rental bikes or a rental car. Several stations of international car-rental companies are in close vicinity.

Room service
At the Erzherzog Johann we provide room service for breakfast for a € 5 charge. Simply put your order on the outside of the door.

The sauna is open daily from 4:30 pm until 9:00 pm.
